Your Responsibilities:

  • Representing the Customer Service division during new customer acquisition phases
  • Supporting the creation of customized offers and service contracts for international clients
  • Actively participating in the sales phase in close coordination with the main sales team and specialist departments
  • Presenting tailored service concepts to convince potential customers of the service portfolio
  • Reviewing and evaluating tender documents
  • Developing service solutions for technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with specialist teams
  • Analyzing customer needs, market trends, and conducting competitive analyses
  • Contributing to the definition and introduction of new service solutions, as well as optimizing and continuously improving processes, tools, and templates
  • Developing and implementing service strategies to meet customer needs and improve service quality through training and support for colleagues (e.g., Service Account Managers)
  • Supporting contract preparation, negotiation, and handling commercial contract content

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical education (e.g., HAK, HTL, FH, UNI)
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in sales; legal knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Excellent technical and commercial understanding with cost-conscious thinking
  • Confident in presentations and skilled in negotiations (sales personality)
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Passion for sales and customer-oriented consulting
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

Salary:
We offer a minimum monthly gross starting salary of €4,000 (full-time, 38.5 hours/week). The actual salary will depend on prior experience, qualifications, and the collective agreement.
