Responsibilities

  • High-quality and on-time installation of intralogistics systems on-site as well as mechatronic commissioning
  • Collaborating with the project team and serving as the on-site contact for technical issues that arise during installation
  • High proportion of international project assignments; regular home travel is organized and paid for by the company
  • Opportunity for career progression from Junior Supervisor (m/f/) to Senior Supervisor (m/f/) and eventually to Site Manager (m/f/*) following an intensive onboarding phase

Qualifications

  • Completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or similar (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL)
  • Experience in installation in plant engineering and/or automation technology is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of PLC technology and network technology
  • Comprehensive technical understanding and practical skills
  • Very high willingness to travel (up to 100%)
  • Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, high initiative, and communication skills
  • Organizational talent and a “hands-on” mentality
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
  • Interest in a long-term, technically challenging role in an international company with excellent development opportunities

Possible start date: Immediately

Salary

For this position, a minimum monthly gross starting salary of €2,785.00 is offered on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). The actual salary will be determined based on previous experience, qualifications, work history, and the applicable collective agreement. In addition to the fixed monthly salary, travel allowances and per diems are provided in accordance with collective agreement regulations.
