Your Responsibilities
- International sales of high-value capital goods (tools, machines, complete systems, and services)
- Continuous expansion of sales volumes with existing customers
- Acquisition of new customers and business development in new markets
- Independent management of the entire sales process, from initial contact through needs analysis, offer configuration, and negotiation, to closing the deal – with support from specialized departments
- Ongoing training of international sales representatives
- Conducting symposiums, product presentations, and trade shows
Your Profile
- Sales experience in selling technical products, ideally capital goods
- Technical education or commercial education with a solid technical background
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Strong drive for success and high level of self-motivation
- Relationship-oriented personality with excellent social skills and persuasive communication abilities
Salary
The minimum salary for this position is € 57,580 gross per year, based on the attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. Higher salaries are negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
